CONGRATS TO: Tom Langmyer and Fred Flanzer, better known as "Smokey Rivers." Langmyer, vice president and general manager of KMOX-AM, has been named one of radio's ten best corporate programmers, by Radio Ink, a top industry publication. Flanzer, who has been program director at KYKY-FM and KEZK-FM and veep of Infinity St. Louis, was named the ninth best programmer for radio stations in large markets ... And to Infinity PR director Sandy Stolberg, who has been named one of the Lou's top singles by St. Louis magazine. Stolberg is a Belleville native (Belleville West, class of '81) who now lives in Lafayette Square with two cats and her "spabrador," a ferocious dog. She's featured in the November issue.
